Welcome to Gideon’s Warriors Football Club. We are a Christian football club that is based in the City of Casey which is a growing and developing community. Our home ground is located at Lawson Pool Reserve, Cranbourne.

The club was established by a group of youth from St. Mina and St. Marina’s Coptic Orthodox Church in Hallam and was incorporated in October 2013. In season 2018 we have grown to four teams with our seniors mens playing in Division 1, and three junior teams; under 14s, under 12s and under 9s. Our senior side has been promoted three times since joining the VCFA in 2014, 2015 and 2017. We look to increase our teams and start a female team in the near future.

Our purpose is to provide players a platform for developing their football skills in a Christian environment using the values of Faith, Respect, Teamwork and Community. As President of this growing club, I am truly humbled and honoured to be given the opportunity to lead this club. We are so blessed and thankful to have dedicated committee members and if you would like to help out, we would to love to hear from you.

We have put together a Strategic Development Plan for years 2018 to 2022 which is available for download here.

God Bless,

Fady Issak
